An hour of classical hatha yoga to stretch, strengthen, tone and relax your whole body.  Some flows are incorporated once the basic postures have been learned.  A deep guided relaxation/meditation at the end helps you sleep like a baby.

This class is suitable for everyone including complete beginners.  It is a general yoga class to develop a healthier body with good posture and a balanced mind.

If you compliment this class with some aerobic exercise two or three times a week such as walking, swimming, hiking, running, spinning etc.  you can be almost guaranteed to achieve better fitness, flexibility, strength and improved health.

Post natal mums –  Postnatal mums are encouraged to read our post  ‘How soon can I exercise after giving birth?’  before taking this or any other exercise class to see if they are ready.

classes run in 6-8 week terms from Sept to May.
